To my knowledge it would be unduly onerous if not impossible to remove the email addresses and contact details from all corporate communications which themselves need to be retained for both legal and contractual reasons.

o We do not generally recruit, except for temporary agency workers, but were we to do so we would need to retain the individuals contact details in order to respond\/communicate. We do not intentionally collect unsolicited recruitment emails but would find it unduly time consuming to search out and delete every unsolicited email or read it all to determine if any personal information was contained and then delete it.
